GREENMOUNT TRAVEL TOURS INCLUDE...

  • All international and internal flights (economy class) including taxes and airport charges that can be included on the pre-purchased air ticket. We can also offer a range of premium economy and business class options. If you wish to book your own international flights (using points etc), this can be deducted from the tour cost;
  • First class, centrally located city accommodation (best available in regional areas) with breakfast;

  • Farm and other technical visits;

  • Most lunch and evening meals are included and are of the highest standard. Meals are designed to showcase the best of the regional food and wines. Some evenings will be left free to sample some of the great local restaurants at your leisure;

  • Local and our own experienced Greenmount Travel guides/translators accompany the group;

  • Private first class charter coach and experienced drivers; and,

  • Park and site entries, transfers, etc mentioned on the itineraries.

WEBSITE AND BROCHURE VALIDITY 

The information contained on the Greenmount Travel website and in our tour brochures is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change at any time as itineraries are refined. You will be notified of any adjustments made.

STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY

Greenmount Travel (Greenmount Press Pty Ltd) gives notice that it acts only as an agent for the passenger with respect to services provided, including, but not limited to: accommodation and meals, tours and sightseeing and all forms of transport as described in your itinerary. Services are provided by operators who are not owned or controlled by Greenmount Travel and while Greenmount Travel takes all reasonable precautions to make our tours as safe as possible for all passengers and others, it shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising out of, or in connection with, any transport provider, hotel, restaurant or other service provider or acts of government, nature, terrorism or industrial action over which it has no control.
Any travel involves some measure of personal risk that the passenger has to determine and this risk should be covered with adequate travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

See www.smarttraveller.gov.au – an Australian Government website – “Why all Australians should take out travel insurance before going overseas”.
Greenmount Travel strongly recommends that all passengers take out adequate and appropriate comprehensive international travel insurance to cover health/medical requirements, cancellations, luggage and valuables etc. It is recommended that travel insurance be purchased at the time of paying your deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

PLEASE NOTE: Tour cancellation for a valid reason is generally covered by good quality comprehensive travel insurance. The Greenmount Travel schedule of cancellation fees is as follows:
90 days or more prior to departure date – unused portion of deposit fully refundable.
89 to 61 days prior = 100% of deposit.

60 to 31 days prior = 50% of full tour cost.
30 to 0 days prior = 100% of full tour cost.

Any extra payments such as flight upgrades or "early bird" flight bookings are only refundable according to the rules of the airline or travel provider.

PASSPORTS

Check that your passport is valid for at least six months after the date of travel. But if you do not have a current passport, please do not wait for your passport to be issued before booking your tour.
